What makes CandleCraft candles different?

Each CandleCraft candle is thoughtfully hand-poured using a clean-burning coconut soy wax blend, premium fragrance oils, and lead-free cotton wicks. What truly sets us apart is our curated scent quiz — a personalized experience that matches you with blends reflecting your mood, energy, and lifestyle.

How does the scent quiz work?

Our scent quiz asks a few quick, lifestyle-inspired questions to uncover your scent preferences. Based on your answers, we recommend candles from fragrance families that suit your vibe — whether you're drawn to something calming, bold, cozy, or complex.

Are your candles natural and non-toxic?

Yes. All of our candles are made with a coconut soy wax blend, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and cotton wicks that contain no lead or zinc. They're clean-burning and safe for indoor use.

How long do your candles burn?

Our 8 oz candles burn for approximately 40–50 hours with proper care. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn, and allow the wax to fully melt to the edges during the first use to prevent tunneling.

Do you offer custom or personalized candles?

Yes. Our scent quiz leads to curated recommendations, and for select orders, we also offer custom scent blends based on your results. At this time, we are not offering jar color customization — but personalization through scent is always available.

How long will it take to receive my order?

• Signature Series candles ship within 2–3 business days.

• Custom scent candles require a little more time and typically ship within 5–7 business days.
  You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order is on the way.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within the U.S. only — but we’re working toward international availability soon.

What’s your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our candles, we do not accept returns on used items. That said, if your order arrives damaged or you're not completely satisfied, please reach out — we'll do everything we can to make it right.

Can I send a CandleCraft candle as a gift?

Absolutely. Just mark your order as a gift at checkout and you’ll be able to include a personalized note. We never include pricing in the shipment, and all orders are packaged beautifully and ready to impress.
