Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All CandleCraft orders are hand-poured and packed from our U.S. studio with care.
Processing Time:

Signature Series candles ship within 2–3 business days.

Custom scent candles ship within 5–7 business days to allow time for curation and blending.
During peak seasons or promotional events, additional time may be needed — but we’ll always keep you informed.
Carriers & Rates:
We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.
Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
Tracking:
Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder.
Address Issues:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@candlecraftcollective.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once your order enters processing.
Lost or Damaged Orders:
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue — whether that means a replacement, refund, or carrier claim.
Note: We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns
We want you to love your scent — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Window:
Unused candles in original, resalable condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for return, candles must be unburned and in their original packaging. Custom products and used candles are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
Email hello@candlecraftcollective.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions (and a shipping label, when applicable). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary by bank.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order and return the original if eligible.
